POSITION – PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTER: COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION- Post Graduate degree social studies
EXPERIENCE- 5 years’ experience in relevant field is required
LOCATION- North Kolkata
Salary – 30-35K/month

ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
operational strategies to encourage women in communities to register
and enrol eligible and interested young women in the women with wheels
training programme of Azad.
Facilitate field teams (community mobilisers) in their plan and execution as per the objective and approved plan and budgets.
Explore Innovative ways to improve operations system and processes of outreach and mobilisation
implementation of various outreach and mobilisation activities (mike
prachar, shivir, nukar natak etc) in communities to reach out to
eligible young women, families and communities with field implementers.
Identify opportunities for designing community intervention to strengthen outreach & mobilization execution.
Ensure that regular home visits to the families of trainees are conducted by community mobilizers
& Liaise with livelihoods and Non Traditional livelihoods and
related issues with other likeminded organizations working in Azad’s
identified programme areas.
& represent Azad in different campaigns that help build equality
and generates public voice against violence in the society; other
similar campaigns and events both local & global.
Conduct capacity building interventions and facilitate programme field team to improve programme effectiveness.
Involve in Crèche activities.
Counsel women who are enrolled in WWW programme
Develop IEC materials and any other materials required for the program implementation.
that the data related to learning and assessment and trainees profile
is updated on regular basis for improved programme outcome
Participate in BKS, monthly assembly and family faculty meet
Facilitate assessment of programme progress periodically in order to adjust strategies and implementation plan if required.
Facilitate internal need assessment and learning towards growth of various engagements in the communities.
and contribute in monthly meetings, quarterly review of the
implementation of plan and present learning analysis to the leadership.
