Responsibilities:
  • Develop organizational development plans for a variety of HR related matters including but not limited to compensation, benefits, performance management, recruitment, training, learning anddevelopment.
  • Act to support the human factor in the Organisation by devising strategies for performance evaluation, organizational design, development, training and stakeholdermanagement.
  • Responsible for all HR initiatives, systems and tactics, develop strategy, processes, and standards for recruiting, selection, and staffingactivities.
  • Develop and action plans, processes and practices for training and development of employees and ensure succession plans are inplace.
  • To build a strong culture of performance and people management using bestpractices.
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance and Serve as the point of contact for employment relations, grievance andcommunication.
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legalstandards.
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HRmetrics.
  • Prepare the contracts, agreement and internal policies and ensure that they are in compliance with all statutory or legalrequirements.
  • Leading the analysis of employee feedback and data, with the aim of creating a better working environment and engagedculture
  • Ensure POSH Policy as per the Organisation and orient to teammembers
  • Providing g Induction to all newly joined employees with support of allfunctions
  • Reviewing Mid-Year and Annual Appraisal and derive analytical and impactfuloutcomes
  • Review Behavioral and Professional competency trainings and people development workshops conducted with support of Internal and ExternalExpertise.
Selection Criteria
 
Experience
  • At least 6-8 years of workexperience
  • At least 4 years of experience in the social sector and similar kind of jobrole
Education
MBA/ Post Graduation in Human Resources specialisation
Languages needed
English, Hindi & Kannada (any other regional languages)
Skills
Excellent Communication Skills Interpersonal Skills
Negotiation and Influencing skills

 
Stakeholder Management Coaching and Mentoring
People Development
Other
requirements
Worked in NGOs & Under HR Function is preferable
