NABKISAN Finance Limited (NKFL), a subsidiary of NABARD is registered as Non-Banking Finance Company (NBFC) with a balance sheet size of More than 1500 Crore. NKFL provides loans for agriculture and other rural projects to various categories of borrowers including individuals, societies, NBFCs, MFIs, producer companies, corporates, others etc. It is also a leader in lending to Farmer Producer Companies (FPOs).
NKFL is looking for recruitment for the following post:
Business Development Manager (1 post: Pune,Maharashtra)
BDMs will be responsible for mobilisation, financing, and monitoring of projects related to FPOs, agriculture, rural development etc.
Key Responsibilities of Business Development Managers
Lead Generation, Business Development and Promotion
Appraisal of project and preparation of techno-financial report and sanction memorandum
Monitoring of projects, including field visit and inspection, and submission of monitoring reports and periodical MIS
Data collection, analysis and management of data.
Documentation, disbursement and recovery of loans.
Compliance to processes, regular follow up with clients, capacity building, relationship management, credit management and maintenance of asset quality.
Conduct of feasibility studies etc.
Additional items of work, if any, assigned by NABKISAN from time to time
Educational Qualification:
Post-Graduation/ MBA/ PG Diploma in Finance/ Management/ Rural Management/ Agriculture and or any other discipline allied to management or agriculture.
Experience
2 to 3 years’ experience, in the fields of business mobilisation, credit appraisal and monitoring in Banking, NBFC, MFI, FPOs, agriculture and related sectors is preferred.
OTHER CRITERIA
Maximum age limit is 35 years at the time of application
Proficiency in using tools such as MS Office and other computer related functions for day-to-day functioning
Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English and local language of the state.
PLACE OF POSTING
The place of posting for the present will be Pune, Maharashtra.
However, depending on administrative requirement of NABKISAN candidate may be placed anywhere in the country in future.
Remuneration
A Gross annual remuneration of Rs. 6.31 lakh(approx.) per annum (which includes Gratuity, PF , Reimbursement for mobile call charges, medical insurance and Performance Incentive)
A higher remuneration up to Rs 7.74 lakh (approx.) per annum can be considered in case of deserving candidates.
The amount will be inclusive of all statutory deductions that NABKISAN may be required to make on behalf of the contracted staff. Remuneration will be released after making statutory deductions
TA/HA shall be paid as admissible as per extant TA rules.
Contract Period:
The contract will initially be for a period of two years which may be extended by 1 year on satisfactory performance. On the completion of three years, the employee may be absorbed on permanent rolls if the performance of the employee is found to be satisfactory.
