About the role:
are seeking an assistant to the Field Coach for our Fundraisers (FRs)
to improve their inter-personal and business skills. S/he is required to
identify FRs' goals, salient resources and impediments, and then
collaborate to produce actionable ideas that foster goal actualization.
Should assists the Field coach in conducting regular, nuanced progress
• To improve the conversation quality with prospective donor •
To build and improve skills around cause related conversation and
public speaking that is oriented towards achieving outcome of
the fundraisers • To demonstrate effective conversations themselves in the field with the prospects around Rootbridge’s principle. • To continuously identify improvement needs and working towards eliminating them. • To be able to listen, observe and decode the conversations of fundraisers in the field and suggest areas of improvement. • Suggest conversation improvement measures to the Training School and FR managers •
Proactively identifies opportunities and coordinates with different
functions – operations, training, workforce, and reporting towards
quality improvement • Collaborating with FR to develop action plans
that centre on the actualization of converting prospective donor into
long term value donation for a cause. • Use variety of strategies
to assist FR in understanding and effectively dealing with their own
social skills (esp. Building Self-esteem and confidence). • Tracking
and analysing learning curriculum effectiveness through various
evaluation techniques, including the evaluation of individual trainee
performance • Facilitating and delivering internal learning solutions and developing in-house training programs as assigned. Requirements • Deep connect with the larger world, social issues • Outstanding listener • Highest level of empathy for adult learners • High level of personal curiosity to explore human beings and their intrinsic motivational factors • Outstanding ability to guide and communicate with a diverse set of people • Non-judgmental, reflexive, and empathic. • Excellent business and marketing entrepreneurial skills. • Willingness, intent and ability to work with young minds. • Readiness for travel to different locations within the city. • Good understanding and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
Skills, attributes and experience required:
• A graduate and above. • Good understanding and fluency of both hindi and English • Patience and discipline in listening • Good command over tools like excel, and adeptness in using basic IT technology apps.
