About the role:
Training - Coordinator will provide operational, coordination and
research support to the training leadership team in identifying subject
experts and visiting faculty members, who would provide academic and
other training support. The position will be expected to develop a
strong understanding of the curriculum framework to manage the overall
development and delivery of the coursework based on the frameworks of
the modules. The position is expected to have a high-level coordination
and planning capacity, and communication skills. Seamlessly work with
internal staff to ensure training needs are met through planned
coursework development and classroom delivery.
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders to enable design and delivery of training modules • Understanding and analysis of training needs to help with design of training modules • Conceptualization and design of training modules relevant to training needs • End-to-end detailing of training courses from the conceptualization till the session plan level • Planning and coordination of preparatory tasks crucial for training design and delivery •
Delivery of training modules as a facilitator as per internal standards
for pedagogy, assessment, learning experience for students. • Post training analysis and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
Skills, attributes and experience required:-
• Post-graduation in social science/ social work/ development studies/ education/ psychology/ related fields • Experience of 2-5 years as a trainer/facilitator with knowledge in design and delivery of training modules • Understanding of social sector combined with the concern to work in this space. • Empathy for learners and the ability to enrich their learning experience with learner-centric teaching techniques • Strong understanding of theory and practice of effective teaching and learning • Ability to develop and respond to a dynamic environment of changing learning needs and continuous feedback.
