Position Summary: Reporting
to the Founder Director (FD), and as a part of a dynamic team of
dedicated professionals, the Manager Admin will be responsible for
establishing and maintaining the operational systems for growth of
the nonprofit Dhaatri. The goals of a successful operation include
seamless team management and development, program delivery to meet the
demand and evaluation. The Manager Admin is responsible for quality
control, establish, maintain and update equipment and technology systems
of the operation.
Major Responsibilities: 1. Supervises a minimum of 6 operations staff and all volunteers. 2.
Creates plans and executes the daily operations of Dhaatri Mothers’
Milk Bank to meet the mothers and babies needs of Mothers’ Milk Bank and
meet or exceed the SOP Guidelines for operation of a Donor Human Milk
Bank, as well as regulatory agencies. Creates and updates forms of all
kinds. 3. Assist FD in systematic long-term growth plans to increase capacity. 4. Reviews, establishes and implements standard operating procedures of all MMB operations in Lab and Shipping & Receiving. 5.
Plans use of supplies, equipment, materials and the physical space to
ensure resource availability, accessible maintenance services, and space
for operation within budget limitations. 6. Ensures quality control procedures to maximize efficiency and ensure safety of product. 7.
Develops and implements strategies and policies that will maximize
cooperation among staff, outsourced services, and volunteers to address
the increasing demand on the organization. 8. Strengthen the
organization’s employee evaluation system to document skill, experience
and identify professional development needs on a continual basis. 9.
Works with Dhaatri MMB staff to establish skill set conducive to
organization’s growth, develop objective performance measurements and
goal setting to rise to the challenge of increasing demand for donor
milk. 10. Recruit, hire and oversee training and orientation of all
MMB staff members to rise to the challenge of increasing demand for
donor milk. 11. Establish systems to forecast the needs of the organization to meet the demand.
12. Maintain good relationship with doctors, nurses and other staff members of the hosting hospital.
13. Goes on rounds with the Dhaatri staff to know the on the field developments, problems and solutions. Position Requirements:
Education:
Minimum of college degree BSW, MSW, MBA pr PGD in Hospital management
or PG D with advanced management studies or equivalent experience.
Experience:
This opportunity requires individuals with team management experience
applicable to manufacturing or nonprofit health care experience. The
successful candidate, with the FD’s support, will lead existing programs
that continue to set national standards and build upon them to provide
higher levels of service to the community.
Special Qualifications: • Science, manufacturing, nonprofit management or health care background preferred but not required. • At least 8 years’ experience three of which include team management or program • management. • Demonstrated results in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching and retaining high performing team members. • Experience with human resources, employee performance improvement plans and corrective action policies. •
Strength in project management skills managing complex, multifaceted
projects resulting in measurable successes and program growth. • Demonstrated success in procurement and shipping/receiving • Experience with ISO clean room oversight. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with exceptional attention to details. •
Demonstrates success in developing, improving and evaluating program
models and running operations which are innovative and excels in
results. • Organizational skills are essential. Proficient in MS
Office and Outlook. Must be able to operate office equipment, be
computer literate and familiar with appropriate computer programs. •

Degree of Supervision Required: Works independently under the Founder Director.
Requirement: Valid Driving License.
Physical
Requirements: Good Health Male or Female, Speaking, hearing, and visual
acuity. Verbal and written Telugu, Hindi and English communication
skills.
