Foundation for Innovation and Research in Education (NEG-FIRE) is a
national NGO; promoting quality Pre-primary & Primary education for
marginalized communities (dalit and tribal) currently working across 4
states in India. Our program focus is to ensure quality education among
children of these marginalized communities through - mother tongue based
multi-lingual (MTB-MLE) approach, inclusive practices, active
participation of communities, teachers (govt.) trainings etc., which
facilitate in increasing children’s performance and development within

• You must have passion to work towards quality education for the most marginalized children •
You must be a Post Graduate with at least 5 years of experience in
implementing primary education projects, running learning centres,
training of AWWs, Govt.teachers on innovative pedagogies • Must have
experience in training members of Community based institutions such as -
SMC, Mata Samiti, VEC etc., for their active participation in ensuring
quality education for children in Govt. schools • Must have understanding of Mother-tongue based Multi-Lingua Education Approach • Understanding of NEP, 2020 and NIPUN Bharat is desirable • Must be proficient in MS Office, other IT and administrative skills. • Ability to speak and write in Hindi and English language, and additional knowledge of local dilect is required.
The Block Trainer will be responsible for -
• Providing leadership in all academic activities as planned in the assigned Block/s. •
Ensure quality delivery of our MTBMLE- based Teaching-Learning
activities in the Learning centres /schools and support Learning
facilitators and Volunteers. • Prepare and facilitate trainings for the members of SMC, Mata Samiti, VEC etc. • Planning and organizing block level trainings and project meetings • Facilitate /Demonstrate 11-step methodologies in AWCs along with Learning facilitators. • Establishing linkages with Government departments and other likeminded organizations at Block level. • Conduct learning assessment in Learning centres. • Supervisory support to Learning facilitators in their teaching assignments • Collect and compile the cluster and block level data for M&E of the Program • Support in the field study and documentation processes • Ensuring timely report submission of the planned project activities of the respective Block • Any Other tasks assigned by the Program Manager Academic specialist.
Salary range – 26k to 30k CTC + benefits such as PF, Gratuity, and Group Medical/ Accidental Insurance.
