Transystem Support for General Healthcare facility
 
TCI Foundation is one of the Principal Recipients of Corporate Social Responsibility Grant 2022-23 of Transystem Logistics International Private Limited, the joint venture of Transport Corporation of India Limited. TCI Foundation provides basic medical services to the mobile population through its network of Kavach Healthcare Centres across India. TCI Foundation is opening one such healthcare centres very soon in Gurgaon/NCR and requires staff to operate.
 
Job Description:
 
TCI Foundation invites applications for two position of Health Worker purely on contractual basis for its healthcare centre. 
 
(i)                         Posting Location:
  • Gurgaon (Delhi, NCR)               Two positions
(ii)              Responsibilities:
  • Health development activities in the area and population assigned, particularly concerning health and will utilize the same for program planning.
  • Develop the work plan in consultation with the Medical Officer.
  • Collect, analyses and interpret the data.
  • Education work in the assigned area.
  • Regular maintenance of records of educational activities, tour programs, daily dairies, and other registers.
  • Ensure preparation and display of relevant maps and charts in the health centre.
  • Assist the Medical Officer in conducting medical camps and training of school teachers and counseling of targeted population.
  • Organize the celebration of health days and weeks and publicity programs at local fairs, on market days, etc.
  • Maintain a complete set of educational aids on health for own use and for training purpose.
  • Organize population education and health education sessions.
  • Prepare a monthly report on the progress of educational activities.
(iii)             Working Hours: 9000 hrs to 1730 hrs
 
(iv)                       Required Skills:
  • good knowledge of local community and local language
  • Should have strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in small teams.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and multitasking ability
(v)              Required Education and Experience:
  • Graduation in any stream or 10+2 with good knowledge of local language.
(vi)                       Nature of appointment: The appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year and thereafter extendable for specified period based on performance appraisal to be assessed for work output, personal attributes, functional competency etc and continuation of project by the Grantor.
 
(vii)                     Reporting: Immediate Reporting will be to Medical Officer
 
(viii)          Age: Upper age limit is 30 years (may be relaxed in exceptionally qualified/ experienced candidates) and ready to travel extensively within the area.
 
(ix)             Remuneration and Annual Increment: Would depend on qualification, experience & performance during written test/ interview. Annual increment would be based on performance appraisal and as per TCIF Human Resource Policy.
 
(x)                        Selection: Selection and appointment shall be carried out through advertisement followed by walk-in written test/ virtual or in person interview, if short listed.
