registered in India as a Not-for-Profit entity under Sec 25/8 of Indian
Companies Act 1956 on 9th May 1988 in Chennai. Aide et Action manages
its operations across India through Regional Offices in Bhopal, Chennai,
Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Patna.

Aide et Action through its Guwahati Regional Office is implementing the “Addressing Covid-19 Learning Gap”
project supported by Childaid Network, Germany and with funding from
the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development
(BMZ). The project aims to provide
accelerated learning support to 100,000 rural govt. school going
children from ages 8-18 years from 1000 schools from to help them
overcome the learning loss that has occurred as a result of prolonged
school closures due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. The project is
implemented in across 7 districts (Baksa, Barpeta, Biswanath, Dhemaji,
Kamrup, Nalbari, and Lakhimpur) in Assam.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain and adapt MIS dashboard of the project to respond to the needs of the project stakeholders.

Qualification and Experience:
Post Graduate in Computer Science/IT/ Social Science /Data Management/Business Management or relevant academic streams.
least 4-to-5 years of in quality documentation, research and MIS
management activity pertaining to development programs and specific
experience in education related program will be preferred.
Proficiency with Advanced Excel, VBA macros (Google Script), data manipulation languages such as SQL, STATA is desirable.
Experience of working in system strengthening activity in collaboration with government will be an added advantage.

Compensation: The incumbent will be paid a monthly gross salary of INR 36,500 per month. Travel, Per Diem and telephone allowances will be as per AEA’s HR policies and subject to project budget provisions.
