As
a Recruiter, you will work closely with stakeholders and engage with
candidates to support the recruitment needs of the Philanthropy. This is
an individual contributor role and you will be required to jointly
handle the recruitment for roles in the Programmes and Enabling
functions across the various clusters the Philanthropy has organized
itself into.
Participate in and contribute to the annual manpower planning exercise at the Philanthropy.
Responsible for end to end recruitment cycle including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling & coordination.
Plan an effective source-mix as a part of the overall recruitment efforts
Screen & conduct personal interviews of candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills and aspirations.
Initiate
and participate in recruitment and selection of members and coordinate
with the panel for interview process, evaluate skill level, manage offer
process
Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
Generating, updating and managing candidate database on day-to-day basis
Generating recruitment reports on a timely basis
Represent the Philanthropy and rest of the Foundation on a need basis at recruitment events
Manage
onsite logistics during interviews and ensure a seamless overall
experience for both the candidate and the internal employees
Qualification and experience
3-4 years of work experience as a recruiter or an HR Generalist with some exposure to recruitment
Educational
background: MBA / PGDM HR from reputed institutions with a good
academic record. Should have strong understanding of HR concepts.
Proficiency in English
Proficiency in MS-Office is mandatory
Skills and attributes
Strong
communication skill with ability to educate potential candidates/
Institutions about the philosophy and vision of the organization
Should be open to travel as required
Candidates
must have interest to work and contribute in the social sector. Some
basic awareness about the social sector landscape is strongly preferred
