The scope of work includes but not limited to: (Detail ToR is annexed)
1. Recruitment: Recruitment for positions as per the HR master plan 2. Induction and Orientation -In coordination with the Training Vertical Head & PD-HR 3.
Skill Gap Analysis: Carry out skill Gap Analysis by development of
Skill Mapping format for identifying next phase of training needs in
coordination with Training Vertical Head 4. Capacity Building: Develop Training Plan and Training Calendar for the employees based on the above 5. Performance Appraisal: Oversee the timely Performance Appraisal of staff 6.
Staff grievance system: Managing and coordinating staff grievance
system and disciplinary proceedings as per the Administration guidelines
of ASA To qualify for the role, you must have
degree in HRM or related field. 6+ years experience in human resources
supervisory position, strong understanding of softwares related to HR,
Payroll, PF, ESIC, etc.
