Way of Delhi works for the community of the NCR region and other
multiple location across the country for Developmental Program in the
areas of Education, Environment, Public Health, Livelihood and Disaster
Management. It invites applications for the post of HR Officer.
This position reports to HR Manager and carries out
responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations,
onboarding, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment
HR Officer provides assistance to managers and employees with
respect to HR policies and procedures including: employee relations,
recruitment, benefits and the health and safety program. ... Process new
hires, terminations, transfers, promotions, leave of absence and
existing employee changes related to payroll.
HR Officer would assist HR Manager in the following functions:
Recruitment and Hiring.
Training and Development.
Maintaining Employer-Employee Relations.
Maintaining Employee Database and record
Maintaining Organization Culture.
Managing Employee Benefits.
Creating a Safe Work Environment.
Handling Disciplinary Actions.
Work Experience: Experience of 1 or 2 years in a similar capacity.
Technical Skills: Should be IT savvy and well versed with MS Office and handling other HR related software/ applications
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Industrial Psychology
Remuneration: INR 300,000/- per annum
