Specific responsibilities include:
Manpower planning and budgeting for the kitchen
Manpower Recruitment for Kitchen
Issuing Offer letter, Appointment letter to new joiners and other required letters related to HR function.
joining formalities and Induction orientationfor New joinees at the Kitchen
all administrative activities in the establishment including employee
records, time-office (attendance), leaves, workmen payroll system,
telephones, security and outside services etc.
End to end Payroll management
compliance to various applicable labour laws and statutes (e.g. Shop
Act, Contract Labour Act, Income tax, PF, ESIC, MLWF, Apprentices Act
etc.) are met by the establishment and the
Submitting/filing necessary documents/returns e.g. PF, ESIC, Factories licence, inspection registers, etc. for the establishment
Periodically reviewing work practices with contractors and their employees e.g. safety, leave policy, working hours, etc.
