Job titles: -Senior Programme Manager
Purpose:-To manage a variety of programmes being implemented by Dignity Foundation; design new programmes for the elderly; prepare project proposals for presentation to prospective funders.
Reporting to:-Chief Dignitarian and Chapter head

Travel:-30-40%
Experience:-5-10 years
Salary:-Rs. 40,000-50,000 as per experience.
Major Roles:
Manage social services run for the Elderly in poor Slum locations as well in middle class sectors
Manage Helpline for senior citizens and implement follow up actions.
Increase the network of centres for Loneliness Mitigation Services for elderly in the city
Organise efficient delivery for Ration for BPL Elderly
Formulate Monthly MIS and submit before 5th of each month. Implement new Projects that get sanctioned by CSR, including recruitment of suitable personnel and training them
Desired Skills:
Masters Degree level qualification or equivalent, preferably in Social Work or social psychology.
Proven track record of at least 5 years in senior position for various tasks in service delivery to senior citizens
Good presentation skills.
Proven and demonstrable experience of writing project proposals and excellent writing skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good interpersonal skills including the ability to influence across the organisation and externally.
Patience in listening to problems faced by senior citizens and counselling them
Confidence to represent Dignity Foundation externally as necessary.
Outgoing, confident and a persuasive communicator.
Proficiency in English is essential. CANDIDATES WITHOUT VERY GOOD ENGLISH SKILLS NEED NOT APPLY.
