A. Refund and Cancellation Policy
I)ngoJob.org charges recruiters to publish jobs on its website, once a job is published on its website, the service is deemed to be delivered and the payment becomes non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, where a job is published but the recruiter wants to deactivate it immediately, ngoJob.org team reserves the right to issue a job credit or substitute a job with another job will be fully dependent on the sole discretion of management of ngoJob.org team.
II) Recruiters take the full ownership and the responsibility of the contents of their advertisement and ensure that they follow the laws of the country viz. India when advertising and recruiting for positions

B. Individual Value Membership Service
I) The Value membership agreement is between the individual subscriber of service (hereafter referred to as the "Client") and ngoJob.org (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider").
II) The Client accepts that this service is without warranty of any kind, explicit or implicit, Client assumes all risks related to use of information shared or received. In any case Service Provider will not be liable for damage resulting from use, misuse, inaccuracy of information provided.
III) The Client understands that this is not a trial membership but payment has been made for actual service forparticular duration and it is non-refundable in nature.
IV) The Client accepts that the information provided is for his or her personal use only and not meant for circulation.If the client intends to circulate or make available the job notices within his/her organisation ngoJob.org team reserves the right to cancel his membership without any intimation.
